Cooking Instructions – General

What’s the best way to be in-the-know about upcoming products?
Subscribe to our newsletter, and check our blog for contests, sales and more!

I see that you feature a few photographers in your online albums – how do I get my photos in there?
The best way to do this is to post on our facebook page the before, after, and what edits you did. If we like it, we will contact you to ask your permission to use it.

What happens after I give you permission to use the picture?
You get a nice little tag under the photo with your business name. Then, on the “Contributors” page, a link, and hopefully some more people looking at your work! This is also great for your SEO!

I have something to say! How can I do that?
If you go to the contact page, you can fill in our form and let us know what’s up. This is a great way to send product reviews, tech-support questions and general photography questions. Or you can send it to redkitchenpresets@gmail.com – it doesn’t really matter, it all ends up in the same place.

What kind of camera do you use?
Nikon D700 and the back-up is a D7000. Nothing quite like the satisfying sound of a Nikon shutter.

I like your stuff, but I am not ready to purchase yet – is there any way I can test drive some products?
Sure, check out the Soup Kitchen for our free products. Also, if you’re interested in beta testing our new products before release, send us an email at info@redkitchenpresets.com and tell us what type of products you’re interested in testing, and give us a link to your work.

You didn’t answer my question. Now what?
Drop us a line at info@redkitchenpresets.com, or use the contact form.
